The Governor of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghafis has launched in Makkah today a forum titled “Developing the Performance of Deputy Deans of Colleges of Technology for Trainee Affairs”
This was disclosed by the Chairman of Makkah Technical and Vocational Training Corporation Council Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed Al Zahrani who also appreciated the inauguration by His Excellency the Governor.
According to the Chairman, the forum stresses the importance of using Information Technology to improve and support the performance of Deputy Deans to be commensurate with the directives of the TVTC on training and on planning strategic training programs in order to form and develop the necessary human cadre that will support and activate the plans of the TVTC.
Al-Zahrani commended the equipment and the preparations carried out by Makkah College of Technology.
On his part, the Dean of Makkah College of Technology Eng. Hasan Habiballah Bukhari stressed the importance of conducting such courses in order to improve performance and increase knowledge and skills of participants to ensure quality and excellence in training.
The Dean added that the Course included methodologies of business and trainees’ service agencies works and long-term strategic planning in addition to formation of training objectives and planning and work programming necessary to achieve training objectives and the role of innovative thinking in upgrading the work of trainee services units.
