A new study project for setting up an integrated quality system in the training units of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and its supporting departments was opened here today by the Governor of the Corporation Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghafis. The new project contains necessary standards and mechanisms for its implementation in cooperation with “Darmasarat” Organization for Research and Development.

The Governor stressed in an address on this occasion, that training quality is a daily practice performed through certain frameworks.

In another development, the Director General of Research and Vocational Studies at the TVTC Engineer Sa’eed Al-Omari said “The output of this study focuses on building up and developing a system for quality in all units, sectors and departments of the Corporation”. The aim is to establish a suitable model for the internal units.

He added that the study will be accompanied by an integrated training program that will last for two weeks so as to debate the concept of total quality in educational institutions and the best and most successful means that could achieve revenue and outstanding output for the employees of the TVTC. It targets the trainers and others who are concerned with quality.
