Quwaiya College of Technology has held recently a workshop on Total Quality Management for some public sector staff. The participants were invited by the Dean of the College Eng. Fauwwaz Daleem Al-Harbi.
The workshop was attended by heads of departments and representatives of many government Departments.
The workshop discussed the concept and nature of total quality and explained its advantages which are commensurate with the policies of the government and called for by all sectors. The workshop also presented successful national international samples of total quality management.
