The Chairman of Technical and Vocational Council in Makkah Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed Al Zahrani has launched the new program (The Concept of Technical and Vocational Work) in Makkah.

The program, according to the supervisor of activities, Hijad bin Ahmed Al Ghamdi aims at increasing awareness of students about the importance of technical awareness and the spread of vocational culture at the intermediate and secondary levels.

The program also aims at creating a sound and practical personality that performs his work and development duty perfectly in the Saudi society in addition to establishing the value, respect for and valuation of technical work.

The realization of the aim of the program could be seen in holding diverse training courses for general education students.

It should be noted that the launching ceremony was attended by Abdullah bin Abdulmu’ti Al Nafei. About 800 students will benefit from the course.
