In a ceremony held on Saturday at the Council’s Headquarters, the Chairman of Hail Technical and Vocational Training Council Eng. Dahawi bin Abdulhadi Al Shimmari handed over the Governor’s award for academic excellence to graduates of the second semester.

The Head of trainee services unit Khalid Al Nuwaisir said that this award motivates trainees to seek excellence during their training. The Supervisor of guidance and counseling Farhan Al Saleh said that this award has a positive and motivating impact on trainees.
