According to the directives of the technical and vocational training Council in Al-Baha region Eng. Tariq bin Muaidh Al-Zahrani, the direction and guidance unit made a number of indicative visits to the training units of the college in order to eliminate and reduce the phenomenon of smoking among the trainees.
During these visits, the different dangers of smoking were discussed and explained its impact on the individual and the community and introduce them to the combating smoking clinics in the region.
The direction and guidance unit exerted efforts in helping them to give up smoking through holding meetings with the managers of hospitals and the supervisors of these clinics in various provinces of the region.
