The American Deputy Consul for Political and Economic Affairs Mr. Andrew Flashberg accompanied with the Deputy Consul for Cultural Affairs and other senior officials from the Consulate have paid a visit to Najran Technical and Vocational Training Council.

At the offices of the Council the senior officials were received by the Chairman of the Council Engineer A’mir bin Ahmed Al-Mohsin who welcomed the delegation and briefed them about the activities of the Council and its role in pushing forward the wheel of development and economic activities in the region under the instructions and guidance of the Governor of the TVTC.

Later the guests were shown a detailed presentation show about the Training Units of the Council and Riyadh Institute which provides financial assistance to small entrepreneurs who have small and medium projects. It should be noted that Riyadh Institute had supported 88 projects at the cost of 14 million Saudi Riyals.

After touring the various Sections of the College, the senior diplomat said they appreciate the support of the Kingdom to its citizens by providing proper infrastructure for their training and the enthusiasm of the youth in Najran.
