The Governor of Qassim, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, launched the 2nd festival for Food and Environment at the College of Technology for Food and Environment in Buraidah.
At the festival site, he was received by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation Governor Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghafis and many other senior government officials.
The Governor of Qassin Region launched the festival by planting a seedling of flowers, and then he toured the pavilions and saw the flowers, seedlings section, the birds and ornamental fishes and honey section, olive oil and chocolate section and other educational and recreational activities.”
During his tour, he was briefed on a number of the government sectors which participated in the festival as well as educational and support services pavilions.
Then, the Governor of Qassim honored the co-sponsors of the festival where he decorated the official sponsor with a shield.
